You can see what I’ve been working on.  It’s a great way to learn the motor skill needed to quilt the motif you want.  Looking at this picture, it doesn’t look too bad.  I can tell I’m after the ribbon candy effect.  But during the actual drawing, the little voice inside my head was complaining about how “bad” it was.  I think maybe I should do another page and then try to quilt it.

Thanks for sharing this journey with me.  My hope is to encourage you to sush that little voice and give machine quilting a try.
